Learn how to practice chaturanga dandasana in a way that honors the uniqueness of your body. A gateway to arm balances and inversions, chaturanga is a posture that builds strength and stability, and frequently not set up properly in vinyasa classes. However, it is possible to chaturanga safely!
We will approach the posture step by step. We will use props and modifications to help light up specific muscle groups, making the posture accessible to every body. Learn to avoid common mistakes that lead to repetitive stress injuries while also protecting your shoulders. All levels welcome.
